Last day thurs 6 mar 08, we were having our branch retreat mind cafe @ Boat Quay. we have a great fun tere xpecialy all of us shouting tru the games we played ;p lucky we reserved the plc if nt everyone will b looking @ us. tat day i din bring my camera cos i leave it @ AX so the pics below r fr the courtesy of my colleagues Yoke Mun. hahahaha i tok her into copy the pics for me juz for my blog!!! tks Yoke Mun.

Growth Bonus

Last yr Nov when we got the MAC (in case u all forget it stands for Market Adjustment Component) management or rather my organisation said tat we will received a growth bonus varies fr .5 to 2mths (based on perf) in mar 08. so naturally i look fwd for it lor n last fri when we r having cohesion day @ marina sq watching movie my fren pearlyn msg me. the conversation is as below:

Me >> nvm la i go check wif JE when i go bk to office on mon

after all the query, den i realise tat we r toking abt diff tings. all along i tot the MAC tat py refering = GB so i agrue lor but then realise they juz annouced tat apr will have another MAC pay out in APR 08!! but still i dun blive tat the group of us din get any so i email to JE asking her y we r being 'left out' tis time round. the xplanation i got is bcos they r revising our perf bonus n tis time rd the group of us will get an increase in the our pb n growth bonus will b paid together wif pb which is end of mar 08!! k lor since the MAC is one time payment so we r nt so particular abt it we r more particular in the PB!!! cos it's very yr de ma.

so tis end of mar i'm xpecting pb+bonus den apr pay increment + the gst offset by the govt. WOAH my trip will b 'FOC' after all. like wat esther said " anyway it's consider xtra given to us got den gd lor dun haf oso like tat nthing to lose' but i find tat i wrk so hard for the whole yr n the tings tat i look fwd to is the PB lor.

most of you already noe tat currently me wrking two plc. mon when i was at new office, my staff officer, branch hd n my section was having a meeting wif me discussing abt my new posting dte. eventually they wanted me to be officially posted to tere in mid mar. i said impossible lor cos my current staff officer is nt bk fr maternity leave yet so i haf to take over her in her adsence n summore the tings we havent even dcide who's gng to take over my job scope n so fro SO mid mar is impossible lor. i told even if they agree to me officially posted tere i still haf to wrk both plc wat.

den they 讨价还价said k lor they looking at mid apr. den tues bk to my office i told my sect hd hahaha juz as xpected his ans is a big fat NO!!!!! den i said k lor u all on top de go 'fight' liao den let me noe．BUT, I'm smart enuff to tell them upfront dat me fr 10 to 14 may wana go OVERSEAS!!! SO dun touch me!!! heng ar both side ok wif it abo i jia lat liao.....

OJT on new wrk plc (18/02/2008)

juz started my OJT (on-job-training) on new wrk plc yesterday. realise tat all the tings i'm gng to do i already noe since it was the same as wat i'm currently doing nw. my new boy was teaching me hw to do the tings n so on(he was tere b4 i assume the appt so he's sum hw my upperstudy lor) but he was 难倒by the questions i asked hahaha cos i caught him off guard on sum info.

it was almost the same jobscope on wat i'm doing rite nw it juz tat it's different groups of population tat i will b in-charge soon. since i already noe the stuff practically i haf nothing to do so i continue to do my current job tru email asking my boy to email me the info to so tat i can wrk fr tere cos the info r store inside my hard disc n my new wrkplc doesn't haf it. making calls to for deployment of my ppl.

yesterday a few frens come over to my plc to chat abt opera n watching YLH's LZ after which two of them BL n XY go hm le XinYi still stay ard n we continue to chat til ard 1+ den she went hm. tink next time if wana stay late might as well stay over my plc overnite during wkends better den pay midnite charge for the cab.

every yr during new yr gng to gcb is a habbit liao tis yr gona gif it a miss liao cos nt bery interested unless got ppl jio den tat's a different ting liao. so i went to hg to buy quite a no of old show to kill my time during tis period cos only two plc to go den go hm liao. actually those shows i bought, i already watch b4 in those black tapes when i was young. nw buy is for the sake of keeping in my collections.

anyway tis yr me gona face the same qs fr my relatives again which is.............ya u r rite the qs r bx ar u got bf ma? still in navy ar?? still performing ar? iyo so busy hw to haf bf? u c la yr cousin same age as u nw kids so big liao la bra bra bra...... me sick of it liao la but cant snap bk wat new yr ley so juz smile lor. if it's 平时我会shoot back lor. xpecially the last q i sure shoot bk which i did n up til nw my mum shut up.

actually to me got bf is a bonus to me la no oso like tat wat. i got alot of tings which ppl already bery jealous liao in terms of my career( like wat i mentioned in my previous post nw gng to new plc liao meaning increment), my own hse ( yes u heard tat correctly i got my own hse am currently paying for it), a happy family, a lot of gd frens ard me n my committment in gzx.

18012008 VERDICT day (part 1)

my dept is currently under restructure wherthe i will b sitting on my current job nw i'm nt sure cos they cutting manpower fr 7 to 4 which means 7 of us will b 'fighting' for 4 seat nia. but one ting i thank is tat my dept haf already 'source' the job for us n tat save the hassel for us to source for ourselves n dun nd to undergo probation. later there will b a meeting to announce our status. hopefully i can sit on my current appointment after all i more comfortable wif it liao.

WX and YZ coming to perf again they will be here from 23 jan to 30 jan coming here for 8days. tot only WX come den i can c her perf as xiao sheng but nw.......YZ got come den no hope liao lor haiz nvm la ask yz to perf dan since he got act dan in tw recently den WX act sheng....hahahaha.

哈哈哈我的团员真的很可爱竟然在城隍庙为我庆祝生日！！还很天兵的跟二姐和胜在哥说是我的生日害我很不好意思。 让我如愿以常跟二姐，胜在哥和雅升姐一起拍照！！！哈哈哈哈好高兴哦本来拍完照要走了但妈妈的朋友认识二姐说要介绍我认识所以。。。。我就跟了咯。哈哈哈 想不到他还真友善记忆超好我妈才跟他说我手机的铃声是他鬼菩萨那首“醉茫茫”，他竟然一直这样叫我还唱给我听！！过后我们就一起去喝咖啡知道哪里吗？？ 在kallang的麦当劳！！！ 是的我一行十五个人就这样在麦当劳喝咖啡咯。哈哈哈我很幸运坐在他对面听他讲明华园的故事。虽然没真正的聊到什么（因为人太多了啦）但还是聊到凌晨二点多 我回到家已经三点多了弄到来四点多才睡。三个字“好悃哦” 。。。。今天生日也没去哪里就在家里跟周公约会咯。 好了看照片吧我也有几段片断让你欣赏哦。

Woah......Ivan is the 1st wan who wishes me happy bdae last mth in my friendster testimonial, BL the 2nd wan when she c me in GCB, den followed by suraiti in sms n PJ in facebook.

Spec sent me a happy bade msg tis morn asking hw i'm gng to celebrate, i told him tat nt gng to celebrate cos tis 2wks busy in watching KSH n MHY's opera but i do buy myself a new costume n 1set of tou shi. after i reply his msg ,my colleagues ask me to go conferenece rm i tot got wat big bomb to solve or wat. BUT........in the end they gave a surprise bade celebration for me !!! a bery heartwarming wan i would said a bery big thank you to them. they noe tat i would be on bade off tml so they celebrate it for me today.

hahaha tonite bade eve will b gng to watch MHY!!! dunno will my idol b handsome or nt ley if yes den i sure take pic wif her. hahaha xj said i so crazy abt clq. tw frens oso mentioned tat i crazy ppl c czx i c clq well i juz told them me guai tai lor dunno y i juz like clq. =p

1ST Post of the Year 2008!!! wish everyone a Happy New Year

YEAH!!! at last i saw my fav CLQ!!! but too bad la i din take any pic wif her juz took sum pics of the show on the 1st day but am too lazy to upload so for those who wana c haf to wait lor. i will sure put it up cos i promise yz n yt (of cos they will haf to c it in my tw blog).

for the 2days (1st day Liu Quan Jin Gua and 2nd day Zhou gong) i were tere it's full hse!!whoa their stage is bery nice compare to the other tw troupes tat had perf in GCB. i find CZX and SSW's singing is bery gd. hahaha agree wif amai, i oso find ZX's roaring all the way. hahaha i kp telling YH hw nice the dan's tou shi are!!!overall i like their show but a bit mei zhong bu zhu is tat heng shao ge!!!

Liu Quan i watch the vcds b4 tink sum parts of it is cut. Zhou gong is abit boring due to all the tokings. tonite gona gif it a missed cos got ax. but nvm y?? bcos is nt CLQ's zhu xi hehehehe, i kp telling the 'whole world" tat i'm looking fwd for xing xing dan (my fav show) and gui pi sa juz to c CLQ!!!

for those who haf yet to watch, quick go but the tickets n watch!!!! now left 5more days to go liao!! out of the 8days i will report 5days minus off the days tat i haf ax. me still tinking wherthe wana to watch sat's hong cheng pu ti or nt cos watch b4 liao nt bery keen on it.
