at last govt had announce abt our bonus last mon i tink. my colleagues all call me telling m e hw much we will get la bra bra bra but all wif diff story!!! apparently the news is nt bery clear abt tge 0.5-0.8 de growth bonus tat the govt gng to gif. the next day our organization comes out wif a circula saying tat we will b getting a total of 2.5mths +$220 for tis whole yr. which means tis dec +13mth+bonus+salary we got 3mths lor. and the growth bonus tat they were refering will only b giving to us next yr apr 08.
hmmm tis yr consider nt bad liao la on top of the bonus we were given 2times of MAC (Market Adjustment Compotent) 1 in May and 1 in Oct. funny hor when they announce pay increment for civil servant, we r nt consider as one but when it comes to bonus, we bcome civil servants liao. sum times we r bery annoy lor.
hahaha initialy i was tinking of gng tw again wif the bonus cos jet star got promotion after all the + is ard 300nia but hor when i tink of all the deductions hor i bo chun liao so my tw trip pending til next apr/may hehehe can claim $600 n spend using my perf bonus and the growth bonus!!! hehehe
